Fall Equals Fun & Fantastic Adventures!
We're celebrating the time of colorful leaves falling, an extra hour to sleep (coming in November?), and sharing in fantastic adventures with friends. So we've compiled a list of things that are awesome to do in the fall to stay active and healthy. 1. Take a ride in a hot air balloon
2. Blaze a trail you've never ventured before (hike, hike, hike)!
3. Tailgate at your local high school football game
4. Get lost in a corn maze
5. Go apple picking

7. Eat a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich while taking a stroll
8. Jump into your neighbor's leaf pile
9. Eat a candy apple at a friend's party

12. Buy a new pair of jeans and make them your favorite
13. Make a list of things you're thankful for, and write them out on the sidewalk in chalk
14. Run a race (even if it's just against yourself)
15. Walk in the woods just to hear the leaves crunch beneath your feet
