Relief, but shorter . . .
"I love the almost instant relief from back pain as soon as I tighten straps; however, for shorter people (I am 5’2”) or those who are short waisted, I wish the vertical length was adjustable. I wear the brace on long walks or when I know I will be standing for a long time. But sitting, I suddenly feel it cutting under my breasts. I was going to return it, but I do find it helpful for relieving pain. The Incrediwear knee sleeve and body sleeve are also great."

"I originally ordered the wrong size and I was able to exchange to my correct size with no headaches. As soon as I sent in my original order, they had the replacement heading my way. Customer service gets two thumbs up. Im not much of a runner/jogger but I have been incorporating them into my workouts and I always end up with a sore knee and lower back pain. This brace helped alot my last jog along with the knee brace. I also used it once so far to sleep in. I will definitely be trying out their other products. Im super pleased with my purchase"

- Can this be used for swimming
- Hello Judy, Great question! The efficacy of Incrediwear products will not be decreased by being worn in the water. However, because our product’s semi-conductive elements are activated by the wearer’s body heat, the infrared waves released by this activation will not occur when you are submerged in water that is colder than your body's surface temperature. Of course, as soon as the fibers are activated by your body heat again, they will continue to give off the infrared waves that increase circulation, decrease inflammation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and alleviate pain. That being said, wearing the Back Brace while swimming can be uncomfortable and limit flexibility. I hope this helps and makes sense. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!
- I'm looking for product that helps with SI joint causing glutius maximus pain on the right side. Is back or hip product helpful?
- Hey Brianna, instead of the Back Brace, I would actually suggest either the Hip Brace, or the Body Sleeve pulled down over the buttock, but still covering some lower back. There's also Women's Leggings, they just cover much more surface area, or also the Circulation Shorts, they just won't offer quite as strong of infrared therapy as the Hip Brace, Body Sleeve, or Women's Leggings. - Hello Chad, Thank you for your question. The Back Brace can be worn under your wetsuit, but could be a bit bulky as well as restrictive, since it does have boning along the side. - Can you wear both the back brace AND the hip brace at the same time if you have issues with L3-5 along with S1 which aggravates a mean piriformus syndrome or do you need to choose one or the other. Older ER-Trauma RN here and would like a little relief for my 60+ year back with 40+ years in nursing.
- Hello Lynnette! Yes, you can wear both garments simultaneously as long as they aren't too tight. They will not counteract each other, and it is ok if they overlap. You can wear a thin garment underneath either item for comfort, but the thinner the better, because you still want your body heat to activate the fabric. The Body Sleeve can also be worn instead of the Back Brace for improved comfort, if the Back Brace is too cumbersome.
