- Can you wash the pants
- Hello Steven! Yes, you can and should wash the pants to prevent oils from building up in the fabric. You do not necessarily have to wash the garment every time you wear it, since the technology does exhibit antimicrobial properties, but if you wear it frequently we would suggest washing it at least once or twice a week. The wash and care instructions can be found on every product page, beneath the orange "ADD TO CART" button, under the heading "WASH AND CARE." We recommend washing Incrediwear products regularly and like any other piece of clothing, but avoiding high temperature water and heat, as this may cause shrinkage and/or the stays in the knee sleeves to warp. Items can be hand washed and line dried, but it is recommended that they be tumbled dried on low at least on occasion to maintain their original shape and size. Most detergents and fabric softeners will be fine, you'll just want to avoid bleach. Do not iron or dry clean.
- Can be used for sleep?
- As long as the Pants fit appropriately, and are comfortable, you can utilize Incrediwear products 24/7! Appropriate fitting items are completely safe to wear all day and night, even for prolonged periods of time.
- Can I swim with this, and will it help keep water off my skin? I have the knee sleeve
- Hi Bobby, great question! You can wear the Knee Sleeve in water, but it is a fabric garment, so don't expect it to keep water off your skin. Because our product’s semi-conductive elements are activated by the wearer’s body heat, the infrared waves released by this activation will not occur when you are submerged in water that is colder than your body's surface temperature. Of course, as soon as the fibers are activated by your body heat again, they will continue to give off the infrared waves that increase circulation, decrease inflammation, stimulate the lymphatic system, and alleviate pain. Just like with any swimsuit or piece of clothing, be sure to rinse out the Incrediwear product immediately after use in ocean/pool water, to remove the chemicals and minerals that are absorbed by the fabric, to avoid any possible degradation of the fibers. Do NOT wring out the knee sleeves, as this can warp the plastic stays located on either side of the sleeve; instead, squeeze out the water. I hope this helps and makes sense. - Hey Dave, unfortunately at this time our Performance Pants do not have a fly opening. I have passed this on as a suggestion for a future redesign of the product.

- Hello Kevin! All of our products use the same semiconductive/infrared technology in the fabric, but each product has a different fabric composition because each one has a unique purpose. For instance, consider the difference between the Performance Pants, the Recovery Leg Sleeves, and the Knee Sleeves. All of these products cover the knee, but each one has a completely different composition because each one is doing something different. What works for one does not work for the other two: Performance Pants: designed to be light-weight, like a base layer. Great for performance and general circulation / swelling reduction Recovery Leg Sleeves: designed to be a bit heavier. Great for more intense circulation needs and recovery for the entire leg. Awesome for Lymphedema and post-workout muscle soreness Knee Sleeve: designed to be very powerful for the knee joint in particular. The best choice for anything related to knee pain and healing.
