Bruised Ribs
"I injured my ribs and improvised with some of my other Incrediwear products till the 5 inch and 2 inch wraps arrived. The 5 inch worked best to lightly wrap my ribs . It provided gentle support and helped with pain . As my healing progressed I would wear it just at night I used a very light bralette/ sports bra the wear to over lap the wrap to secure it in place in order to keep it from sliding down due to the placement of my injury. The length of this wrap is long and wide so I can imagine the applications for this would be endlesss. I love Incrediwear and believe I almost have enough for an entire suit"

"My major problem is the rap just doesn't stay up. I used it on my thigh and it starts to slip within minutes if I walk around. The only solution is to wrap it so tight the compression is painful, and the whole object of Incrediwear is not to avoid compression."
Working well for groin hernia
"We actually got this 5-inch band simply to have a larger wrap for possible occasional back issues. Turns out we tried it for smallish male groin hernia (about two years old), and it is working unbelievably well. It is being worn every night, overnight while sleeping. Very comfortable for the wearer and producing incredible results with healing. We did have to modify the band slightly by adding a piece of Velcro where we needed it to end up/connect to. The wearer is so pleased with these results, we just recommended it to an older female who has an abdominal hernia (related to heavy lifting at her housecleaning business) who is very reluctant to get the advised surgery. Keep the new products coming! P. S. We are reluctant to give 5 stars on these products, even though the material really works for pain relief and healing, because we are having to modify products to get proper fit and placement."

- What frequency is the infrared emitted?
- Hello Rebecca! The infrared waves emitted by Incrediwear range from a wavelength of 4–20μm (microns), or 4000nm-20,000nm (nanometers). This corresponds to the range of middle and far-level infrared waves, which have a longer wave length (and thus a lower frequency) than spectrums corresponding to near-level infrared, visible light, ultraviolet light, and x-rays. The range of electromagnetic (EM) waves generated by Incrediwear are completely safe, but also beneficial from a biomechanical standpoint, because this infrared therapy stimulates blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and inflammatory mitigation through a process known as photobiomodulation (PBM). - Is the body wrap the same material as the leg sleeve? (It looks different in the picture.) I got the leg sleeve. I can't wear it at the top of my thigh. It cuts into my thigh and hurts. But I need something on my upper thigh. I was thinking of the bandage wrap but then I saw the body sleeve. the smallest size might work on my thighs. what would be best?
- Hello Frances! Both the Bandage Wrap and the Body Sleeve will release stronger infrared than the Leg Sleeves. That being said, if you just need to cover the upper thighs, a 2" Bandage wrap worn on each thigh should do the trick, and very cost effectively at that. Hope this helps!
- Can the bandage be cut in length if required? Will it still provide the same benefits?

- I’ve been getting pins and needles in my quad muscle post ACL surgery. I’ve recently bought your knee sleeve to try but obviously it doesn’t go all the way up. What additional product would you recommend? I was looking at the 5 inch wrap

- High grade High Proximal Hamstring tendon tears. Near complete where the tendons attach to butt bone. Which product would work for this injury? Since it’s basically at my sit bone Also this happened in late June Would this still help? I have 6 months left of healing before I can run or jump
