"I had surgery In January to repair two meniscus tears in my knee. This summer I was able to play competitively again and wound up over doing it. My knee was swollen, less flexible and hurt. The main purpose of the Knee Sleeve is to comfortably deliver powerful infrared therapy to the knee and surrounding tissues, which accelerates blood flow, lymphatic drainage, recovery/healing, and relief from pain and swelling in ways that a support/compression product simply cannot achieve.
