"I have a bursa sac on my elbow. I tell the doctor it hurts when anything touches it, even the sheets. I have Tactile Defensiveness, scratchy things on my skin is a definitive NO with me. So. "I love the elbow sleeve! I've had one before that I've used for my right elbow that has had 3 surgeries. When my left elbow started hurting, I thought about the sleeve and ordered one. It helps to calm the inflammation and pain. I wear it at night which helps me sleep better but I find it gets a little warm so after a while I pull it off. - Hi. Just fractured my radial head, non displaced. Also some soft tissue damage around the elbow. I don’t have a cast and need to accelerate healing and improve my range of motion.
