"I am 5'6 and about 165 lb. I had to order the extra large brace, and wish there could have been a double extra large. This gives very little room in the inner thigh to not pinch. I wish the inside seam was actually velcro so you you could adjust the circumference around the thigh and not give the tight pinch. I'm guessing this works a lot better for males, as females tend to have a little more to work with in the thigh area. Other than that it works great."

Wish I had one 15 years ago
"I feel this product brings the same excellent healing benefit that I have experienced with the knee sleeves (still my favorite product that I tell everyone about). I'm using it to direct healing to my tight glutes. I will say that I have found to get the best benefit, it must be worn next to skin and not over underwear. Note: I only wear this when I sleep. My only knock is that it takes me a while to get the brace adjusted to cover the areas in my glutes where I want the healing power projected. Also, since I don't have the flat belly that the model has, that the waistband tends to roll on me which detracts from the comfort. All that being said, I do recommend this product. I just really wish I had one 15 years ago when I had hip surgery. I am certain it would have provided additional support to my healing process back then."

It's better than others. . .
"It is not clear how high it should be worn. I took all of my measurements and my thighs might be too thick for this and I wear a women's size 8 pants. I cannot sit down comfortably in this and I have to pull the leg part all the way up to my groin because it digs into my thighs. This helps while skiing and I love the support. It is just really uncomfortable to sit in."

- What product works for adductor?
- The hip brace or leg sleeve would be the best option for the adductor.
- I got the extra-large hip brace, and it is comfortable however it seems to be too tight around my upper thigh/groin area. It's pinches and feels like it's cutting off circulation. Can I cut a small 'V' into the inside seam without interfering with the infrared therapy around my hip?
